Over the weekend, I was privileged to be among the panelists for an amazing programme called Snap Back Chronicles and it is an event that sheds light on an important topic that our society feels like is unnecessary. Snap Back Chronicle is a conversation staired up by media entrepreneur Marcy Dolapo Oni and it seeks to make women understand how important self-love is as most women tend to lose themselves after marriage and kids. Everyone knows that the woman is the caregiver in the family and this conversation emphasizes on that but with a motive to extend the care to herself as we all need love. Self-love is the most important type of love and we had a discussion during the panel about how women should find balance and create care-time for themselves.
